“I cannot wait to see how people from different homes interpret the recipes I have shared in their own unique ways” he added.

Somizi’s “self-published” cookbook is a must have as it contains a number of dishes inspired by the nostalgic memories that have made him to be the flamboyant and successful entertainer that we all love.

“Somizi has outdone himself. This cookbook couldn’t have come at a better time, with the festive season just around the corner. His recipes showcase creative ways to make any meal time a special occasion for families and friends. They encourage people to come together and enjoy good food, which is the essence of what the Tastic brand stands for” Says Thembi Sehloho; Marketing Director of Pasta and Rice at Tiger Brands.

“In the cookbook fans and consumers can expect to find lots of creative and delicious dishes starring different variants of Tastic rice such as Rice burger bun which makes use of leftover rice” Continues Sehloho
