Yesterday, Universal TV treated an exclusive group of guests to a private screening and brunch event at the African Pride Hotel in Melrose Arch, Johannesburg. The occasion offered a first look at the highly anticipated new series Wild Cards, set to premiere on Universal TV every Tuesday from 3 September to 29 October 2024.
Wild Cards is a comedy-drama series that follows the unlikely partnership of demoted detective Cole Ellis (Giacomo Gianniotti) and scam artist Max Mitchell (Vanessa Morgan, Riverdale). Together, they must solve a high-stakes crime—Ellis’s only chance to reclaim his badge and Max’s ticket to staying out of jail.
