Estimated read time 3 min read

Taken off his upcoming ‘Piano Massive EP’, Bluelle has released what promises to be a prominent summer single. Having already won the Song Battle feature on 24 August 2021 on Jozi FM, this body of work is already a fan favourite. Bluelle’s ‘Woza Nana’ features Jay Worlld and King Vee Stapia and is already causing a stir in the music fraternity. It will be released on all digital platforms on 10 September 202. As no stranger to success, Bluelle has opted to release this scorching track as a follow-up to his last collaboration with NaakMusiQ and TNS, ‘Ntokazi’, which reached the #1 spot on Ukhozi FM’s top 20.

“I am truly honored and blessed to have worked with some of South Africa’s best talent. Having worked on songs with Prince Kaybee, Holly Rey, TNS and NaakMusiQ, I have learnt a lot about music. I’m now venturing into the Amapiano space and hope to achieve the same level of success as an independent artist. Shout out to Jay Worlld for the amazing vocal, he is only in high school but has delivered nothing but quality. Also, shout out to King Vee Stapia for his contribution to the project. Since the start of my music career, I have had 3 number one singles on charts like Channel O Best of Crispy Fresh, YFM Top 40 and Ukhozi FM top 20. I have no doubts that we might have another one in the bag,” shares Bluelle.

Energetic Fun Driven

Tell us about your latest single?

The single is called Woza Nana and it’s very special to me because it’s my first Amapiano release, having done Afro House. It’s also special because everything was done online and we weren’t in one studio. We made things happen even during a pandemic.

How was the national lockdown affected your brand?

The lockdown was horrible because we couldn’t get gigs and make money. Finances are a big part of anyone’s life.

What has the national lockdown taught you?

The lockdown has taught me to always keep grinding so that the one can have multiple sources of income. It has also taught me that life without human to human interaction cannot be life at all.

How could you best describe your sound?

My sound is an interpretation of what South Africa currently stands for, which is a fresh, vibrant and growth centered nation. I use a lot of rhythmic chords and catchy lyrics that are fit for a phone playlist as well as a nightclub. I want people to listen to my songs and feel something, no matter what it is, as long as they feel something.
